About Pacificus

Pacificus Biological Services Ltd. (Pacificus) was formed in 2001, bringing together a group of hard-working, professional environmental staff. Since its inception, the company has grown to have two offices and over 15 employees, with the main office in Port Hardy, B.C., and a satellite office in Campbell River, B.C. The company offers reliable and effective biological consultancy for all types and phases of forestry, private industry, government, and First Nations projects.

Pacificus’ group of skilled professionals includes: Registered Professional Biologists (RPBio), Registered Biology Technologists (RBTech), WCB Commercially Certified SCUBA divers, certified dive support staff, and other dedicated team members. All members of the Pacificus team are electro-fisher certified and comply with the company safety plan that keeps thorough records of our activities and safety performances. The majority of the staff at Pacificus specializes in both marine and freshwater ecosystems with expertise in habitat assessment, strategic resource planning, underwater dive assessment, habitat restoration, rehabilitation, wildlife assessment, and biological impact assessment.

The company strives to deliver consistent, expert recommendations in a safe and timely manner with care and a commitment to environmental sustainability.
